Competition is very high, since there are only 8 seats available into the programme of studying pharmacy in English language.

Unfortunately, the University of Belgrade doesn’t have its own student housing. But the city offers many options at different but affordable prices and living standards, like hostels and shared or private flats.
A 1-bedroom apartment outside the city centre will cost you around €350, but you can always rent a triple flat and share it with friends at a total cost of around €500 per month. On basic utilities and food, you will spend no more than €400 based on your needs.
Admission & Entry Requirements
Applying for the English-taught medicine course requires passing an entrance exam. The examination consists of a written part and a personal interview. The written part includes Biology and Chemistry questions at a secondary school level. The minimum passing score is 31 points out of a total 60. Both parts of the test will also evaluate your English language skills.
The ranking score is based on your passing grade on the exam and your high school leaving certificate grades. It is obligatory to have at least C grades.
Term Dates
The academic year starts on the 1st of October, and the teaching period for the winter term is held until the end of December. The examination session is from the beginning of January until mid-February.
The summer term starts right after the winter exam session and finishes at the end of May. There is an examination session during the whole summer.
