What does a massage treatment involve?

How do I choose a massage therapist?

Massage therapists do not legally require any formal qualifications to practise in Australia. This means that sometimes massages are offered by untrained people.

Always look for a therapist who is registered with Massage & Myotherapy Australia so that you know they are properly trained. You can find a therapist in your area on their website.
