    To accommodate students, the university offers on-campus residence options with a total capacity of 510 places. They provide spacious and comfortable rooms, proximity to the university, safety, a sense of community, and access to good food and quality service. All rooms are equipped with everything to make your stay a fantastic student life experience.

    However, living in Madrid can be on the expensive side If you prefer private accommodation, renting a single-bedroom apartment costs between €800 – €1,300 per month. Couple that with monthly living expenses of around €700, and you’ll need a monthly budget of around €2,000.

    And if you choose to study at the Valencia campus, prices won’t be that much different. If you choose to study at the Valencia campus, you can expect to pay similar prices for your living expenses. And if you choose to study at the Valencia campus, prices won’t be that much different.

    University of Rijeka Admission & Entry Requirements

    This university ranks its applicants based on the score of the entrance exam in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths. You can sit the exam only in Croatia, at Rijeka, Faculty of medicine. The school also requires high school evaluation for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

    Applicants owning a BSc in a scientific-related subject and candidates who have passed the BMAT exam with a higher score than 4 are exempted from the entrance exam.

    European University of Madrid Accreditation and Recognition

    The European University of Madrid is accredited and officially recognised by the Ministry of Universities of Spain. Additionally recognition and awards of the university include:

    • UEM is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools, meaning that its degrees are recognised by medical and dental councils worldwide. Students who graduate from UEM will be eligible to practise dentistry in many countries across the world.
    • Received the highest level of recognition awarded by the EFQM, an exclusive international certification that honours organisations for their excellent, innovative, and sustainable management practices. This recognition has been awarded by The Club Excelencia en Gestión, the official partner in Spain of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) which has renewed EUM’s European Seal of Excellence 500+.
    • The university has also received the Ambassadors of European Excellence recognition, which only 18 organisations throughout Spain have ever received. 
    • UEM has received the mark of quality guarantee from the Community of Madrid, which grants this recognition to companies to certify quality and excellence. 
    • Each campus of UEM has received the ISO14001 environmental certification for sustainability towards the environment.
    • Students and graduates of the European University of Madrid are eligible to apply for ECFMG Certification and examination.

    Note: since the degree you obtain from European University in Madrid is Bachelor’s, some medical councils, such as the UK’s General Dental Council (GDC), may require more clinical practice in order to accept the degree.

    For example, GDC’s requirement is 1600 practical hours, while UEM offers 1,000 hours of clinical training with real patients. Graduates will have to work extra hours at clinics or apply for a Master’s degree elsewhere, before registering with the GDC.
