Job Summary :

Oversee facilities and operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage facilities maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  2. Oversee operations, including utilities, energy management, and waste management.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
  4. Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  5. Manage facilities staff, including supervision, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of facilities and operations experience.
  3. Knowledge of facilities management principles, safety regulations, and operations management.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
